e-moob is a micromobility service offering electric scooters, bikes, and cars for sustainable and convenient urban transportation.
Download the e-moob app and follow the instructions to create an account. You must be at least 18 years old to use scooters and 16 years old to use bikes.
No, e-moob does not require a minimum rental period. You can rent our vehicles for as long as you need, whether it’s for a short ride or a longer journey.
You can ride within designated Operational Zones, as indicated in the e-moob app.
Parking outside designated zones may result in additional charges or the inability to reactivate the vehicle.
e-moob Pass usage is generally limited to the country or Operational Zone where it was purchased.
Report any accidents or incidents to e-moob as soon as possible through the app. If third parties are involved, report the incident to the local police.
You must park in a legal and designated area, then deactivate the vehicle in the app. Don’t forget to take a photo to verify correct parking.
The maximum weight limit is 100 kg, including any items you carry.
